Craft beer from the Bulb region
The Hillegom Brewery has a cozy tasting room open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A cozy environment where you can enjoy the many types of beer the brewery makes with friends, colleagues, and family. There is often plenty of work going on in the brewery on those days so you can look through the tasting room's panoramic window into the production area, where brewing or bottling may then be taking place. On a first visit, it is nice to take a guided tour. The brewer will then happily and enthusiastically tell you about the brewery, the beers and the brewing process.

Tespelduyn estate and golf course

Country estate and golf course Tespelduyn is a family-run business in the beautiful Bulb Region. It is a unique location with a beautiful restaurant with terrace and a 9-hole golf course. The estate is amidst the beautiful bulb fields in spring, is lined with trees and has beautiful water features that give the golf course a beautiful look. Through our cooperation with Tespelduyn it is possible to start a bicycle or E-scooter tour here and extend it with for example a delicious dinner, high-tea or high-wine. Still have some energy left? Let us arrange a golf clinic or a Jeu de Boules tournament. Tespelduyn is a versatile partner where you can enjoy that little bit more luxury. Suitable for activities for groups of 10 to 150 people.

Beekeeping Weerlanerpolder
Stop by for a "bee chat"
In the middle of the polder along the edge of the Vosse and Weerlanerpolder nature reserve is our apiary.
Started in 2016 with 2 bee colonies, we have now grown to a dozen colonies with about half a million bees making our delicious honey. Imkerij de Weerlanerpolder takes its name from protected Weerlanerpolder in Hillegom. Around the apiary, we are currently working on the establishment of a botanical garden, in which the planting of carrier plants is paramount.

Since 2010 we are the cheese and delicatessen store in the bulb area! You can come to us for a nice piece of Dutch cheese or luxury cheeses from abroad from our large assortment. Don't forget to try our deli meats, from mini ham on the bone to Parma ham and truffle salami. Also for sandwiches or catering you have come to the right place.
Since January 2017, we have expanded to a new, larger location. This is where our restaurant "Wine and Bites" has opened. Here you can enjoy products from our store, processed and prepared in tasty dishes. With over 400 varieties of wines and beverages in stock, we can offer the right wine-food combination. Enjoy each other's company, while enjoying a snack and a drink.
